Before Installation

Once you decide to try Brevium, we will install and configure the product, and train your staff. Installation takes 2 to 6 hours, depending on the number of computers you want installed. Each training session requires an hour. You may schedule multiple training sessions.

Installation can be completed during normal business hours. There will not be noticeable impact on your server and no reboot of the server is required.

Please complete the following prior to installation:

• Sign and fax your contract to 801-877-2472.
• Gather user names and passwords with administrative privileges for the following computers in your office:
  • The database server that holds your practice management records
  • All computers to be used for outbound calling
  • One or two computers to be used to manage Brevium (usually belongs to the administrator or office manager)
• Schedule training sessions with callers
• Schedule 60 minutes with the administrator for installation, training, and configuration.

Please alert Brevium if you use any of the following:

• A proxy server
• Thin clients
• Shared computers for call staff

The above are all supported, but require additional installation steps.
