Focus On Specific Goals For Each Doctor

An established doctor may want to see only surgical candidates or high-risk patients, while other doctors simply want their schedules filled. You can configure Brevium to provide each doctor the results he or she wants.

Identify Your Lost Patients

Brevium automatically searches every patient's history nightly to identify lost patients. First, it analyzes ignored recalls to find patients who missed or never scheduled an appointment after receiving a reminder. Then it analyzes claims data to identify patients with diseases such as glaucoma, diabetes, macular degeneration, or cataracts who are overdue for a visit, even if no recall was ever entered. Your contact list is always complete and current.

Brevium Does Not Require EMR And Will Work Even If You Don't Use Recalls.

The caller reviews….and invites the patient to make an appointment

Everything you need is on one screen:

  • Patient demographics
  • Overdue conditions, with due date, doctor, and location
  • Appointment history, with service date, doctor, location, and note
  • Guarantor (when other than patient)
  • Insurance carriers
  • Referring physician
  • Contact history
  • Alerts and patient notes

The caller reviews the information on the screen, calls the patient(s), and invites them in. Appointments are made using your existing scheduling software. The caller records the results of the call with a few mouse clicks, and the next patient appears. All the details are taken care of — Brevium will:

  • Ensure there's not already a pending appointment or recall
  • Group family members into a single call
  • Document contact attempts
  • Determine whether and when to call again
  • Keep the list current and complete

Measure Results

Brevium reports the number of patients it brings back, the amount of revenue it generates and even the number and type of procedures added.

Clean Up Your Patient Records

One of the unexpected benefits that we often hear about is that using Brevium cleans up old patient records. A set of reports provides lists of deceased patients and patients who changed doctors along with their comments about why they did so. Brevium also provides reports to help manage the process of making calls, such as counts of calls and appointments made, so you'll know how active each member of your calling staff has been at making calls.
